If the parcel is not received in 15 to 20 days, then the order will be cancelled and the amount you have paid will be fully refunded to you.

      To request a size exchange, email us at libaasking1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the required size. We'll arrange a reverse pickup at your doorstep.

      A size exchange is chargeable at ₹200 per outfit, which covers the reverse pickup and re-dispatching of your order.

      Are sale items eligible for size exchange?

      No, items on sale and international orders are not eligible for size exchanges.

      What if the size I need is unavailable?

      Refunds are only provided in the form of a credit note if a size exchange is not available. This credit note is valid for 2 months from the date of issue. Credit Note will be processed in 5 days.
