What if my product is lost during transit?

Don’t worry! Our courier partners take utmost care in ensuring that the products are safely delivered to you 🙂 Just in case the product is lost during transit, Or if the parcel is not received due to any reason of the courier service, then in this case you will have to wait for 15 to 20 days. If the parcel is not received in 15 to 20 days, then the order will be cancelled and the amount you have paid will be fully refunded to you.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

International Shipping:
Please Whatsapp on+919669143253 and we shall help proceed with the details of the same. There is an additional shipping charge for express and standard shipping rates. You may discuss the same with the concerned team. Please take note delivery time span is usually 10-15 business days. In case the article is made to order please discuss the timeline. In case your delivery is urgent inform the team and they shall work on your shipment on priority.

To request a size exchange, email us at libaasking1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the required size. We'll arrange a reverse pickup at your doorstep.

A size exchange is chargeable at ₹200 per outfit, which covers the reverse pickup and re-dispatching of your order.

No, items on sale and international orders are not eligible for size exchanges.

Refunds are only provided in the form of a credit note if a size exchange is not available. This credit note is valid for 2 months from the date of issue. Credit Note will be processed in 5 days.
